These terms apply to purchases from No Context Gallery, a brand of Lomas Pollard Brands LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked Shipping & Returns and Privacy policies.
Products and artwork
Products are made to order. Before payment, review the selected artwork, product, variation, quantity, price, shipping charge, and delivery address. Screen colors and product mockups are useful previews, but minor differences may occur in physical materials and printing. This does not limit a remedy for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item.
Artwork is offered only when its individual source record supports the required public-domain or commercially usable Open Access status. Identifying an artist, maker, collection, or source institution is provenance, not a claim of sponsorship, endorsement, collaboration, exclusivity, or affiliation.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. An order is accepted after payment is approved and our order review confirms the selected product can enter production. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and release or refund the payment as appropriate.
Production may be handled by Printify and an applicable production partner. No Context Gallery remains the customer’s contact for the order.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The final product price, shipping charge, and applicable tax are shown before payment. Payments are processed through WooPayments and its payment infrastructure.
Quantity limits
Self-service orders are limited to 10 units of one product or variation, 20 units total, and a $750 merchandise subtotal before tax, shipping, and coupons. Larger or related orders require a separate quote and written approval before production.
Shipping, cancellations, and remedies
The Shipping & Returns policy explains available destinations, delivery, address changes, cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, replacements, and refunds. Made-to-order status does not remove any remedy that applicable law requires.
Site use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Store materials
The underlying public-domain artwork remains subject to its documented status. The No Context Gallery name, logo, original copy, site design, product media, and other store-created materials may have separate rights. These terms do not claim exclusive ownership of the underlying public-domain artwork.
Changes and contact
